Ingredients:

- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste for desired spiciness)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Optional: chopped fresh herbs such as parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.

2. Taste the mixture and adjust the amount of sriracha sauce according to your preference for spiciness. If you like it spicier, add more sriracha; if you prefer it milder, add less.

3. Season the aioli with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the aioli to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

5. Before serving, give the aioli a final stir. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro.
