Authentic Moroccan Harira Recipe: A Taste of Tradition

Prepare the Ferrero Rocher cake base:

-Ferrero Rocher 3-4

-Almonds (almonds) 1 cup chopped

-Chocolate cup 4-5

Prepare Ferrero Rocher Mousse:

-Ferrero Rocher 4

- Olper powdered milk ½ glass (50g)

- 6 servings of water (90ml)

-Semi-sweet chopped dark chocolate 90g

- strong cream 150ml

Direct instructions:

Prepare the Ferrero Rocher cake base:

- On a clean cutting board, roughly chop Ferrero Rocher using a knife.

-Remove the pot, add almonds, chocolate chips (crushed by hand), mix well and set aside.

Prepare Ferrero Rocher Mousse:

-Add Ferrero Rocher, powdered milk, water in a pan, mix well and set aside.

- In a bowl, add semi-sweetened dark chocolate, mix with microwave, then mix well.

- So cold.

- In a bowl, add the whipping cream and beat until it reaches a very high peak.

- Take half the amount of whipping cream in a piping bag and reserve for later use.

- In the remaining bowl, add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.

- Transfer to a piping bag and refrigerate until use.

Installation:

- In a serving bowl, add the prepared cake base, Ferrero Rocher mousse and whipped cream.

-Ferrero Rocher, garnish with breadcrumbs and serve chilled (makes 6-8 servings).
