Authentic Moroccan Harira Recipe: A Taste of Tradition

  Introduction: Harira is more than just a soup; it’s a staple of Moroccan cuisine, a dish that embodies the rich flavors and cultural heritage of the region. Traditionally enjoyed during Ramadan to break the fast, Harira has also become beloved year-round for its comforting warmth and nourishing ingredients. how to make spicy chicken wings

 


Added:

chicken wings and skin 750g

- Lal Eunteung Bukuk (red chili powder) 1 teaspoon or according to preference

-Namak (Salt) 1 tbsp or enough

- Paprika powder 1 spoon

- Adrak Lehsan Paste (Pepper Garlic Paste) ½ part

- Flour (all-purpose flour) 1 & ½ cups

- Lal Eunteung Bukuk (red chili powder) 1 teaspoon or according to preference

- Namak (Salt) spoon or taste

- Cooking oil for cooking

To make the spicy BBQ sauce:

- 5 servings of garlic

Tomato sauce 4 parts

- 2 pieces of powdered sugar

-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste

- Paprika powder 1 spoon

- Crushed Lal Aina (red pepper) 1 spoon

- 2 parts

- Vinegar (Vinegar) 1 & ½ spoon


Direct instructions:

- Add chicken wings, red chili powder, salt, paprika powder, ginger garlic paste to the pan, mix well, cover and marinate for 15 minutes.

- In a bowl, add all the flour, red chili powder, salt and mix well.

- Now coat the marinated chicken wings with the dry flour mixture.

- In a pan, heat the oil and fry the chicken wings on medium-low heat until golden brown and puffy.

To make the spicy BBQ sauce:

Add hot sauce, tomato ketchup, brown sugar, salt, paprika, red chili powder, soy sauce, and vinegar to the soup and mix well.

- Put it on fire and let it cook for a minute.

- Add cooked chicken wings, mix well and cook for a minute and serve!
